Beer Making Experience Days: This full day brewery experience in Sutton Coldfield, is a completely immersive, hands on experience - the perfect experience gift for any beer-lover out there. The behind-the-scenes brewery day will see you not only brewing a unique craft beer, but also learning to taste the subtle differences between various pale ales and dark brews, and even includes a delicious pub lunch of your choice! Your brewery experience day will commence upon arrival at the Brewhouse and Kitchen, whereby your friendly expert brewer will offer you a nice warm beverage whilst you settle in and acquaint yourself with the other members of your group. Then it's time to get stuck in. Beer brewing is an art which requires precision, so there's no time to hang around for too long. You'll help the master brewer to fill the mash tun with the milled grains which are then mixed with the correct level of water, and heated. Fear not, this brewery experience will not just see you as an extra pair of hands, your head brewer is an absolute fountain of knowledge when it comes to beer and they'll be itching to teach you all that they know - the more questions you have, the better! What's more, between each stage of the brewing process, you'll be tasting a variety of dark and pale ales, brewed both locally by the brewhouse itself, and internationally...and you'll struggle to find an empty glass at any point throughout the day! Next up is the transfer, re-circing and sparging - don't worry if this sounds like nonsense, your head brewer will explain all. After all of this hard work, you'll probably be getting hungry, so you'll sit down with your group to a delicious meal from the kitchen menu...then it's back to the brewing. As your full day brewery experience draws to a close, you'll be offered the chance to either take home a 5L mini-keg of Brewhouse and Kitchen ale previously brewed on site, or to return 2 weeks later to collect a mini-keg of your own brewed beer.
