You will be shown how to make Mozarela, Ricotta, Paneer, Goats cheese and Soft Cheese with chives and chilli. Your delicious creations can be enjoyed with a pear and walnut chutney, various breads made from the cheese whey and a selection of oils, salts and sugars to drizle over. The class will also explain how to take your cheese making to the next level and create a selection of hard cheeses.
