This is a 2 hour chocolate making experience, during which you will learn all about the history of chocolate and how it is made, getting to grips with the entire process from the cacao tree to the shelf. Your London chocolate making experience begins with a welcoming introduction and a demonstration by the workshop's master chocolatiers. They will regale you with fascinating facts and figures about chocolate and chocolate making, then it's your turn to taste test the chocolates to discern what makes a high quality chocolate.The first hands-on chocolate making project you will work on is a giant chocolate button, which you will make and then decorate. Then it's truffle time - you will use a rich dark chocolate ganache, as well as dark chocolate fudge, bowls of glossy melted chocolate, and delightful little decorations (coconut, strawberry curls, white chocolate shavings, cocoa powder etc.) to make the tastiest truffles you've ever tried! Depending on the size you make your truffles, you will make 15-20 chocolates which you can take home with you in provided ribboned bags, so you can show off your chocolate making skills to lucky family and friends!
