Paddleboard Experience Days: Give the popular water sport of paddleboarding a go during this two hour introduction held near Bristol. Youll learn the skills needed to balance upon and control your board with confidence as you get to grips with this awesome sport on the river Avon. Your Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) lesson kicks off with an introduction from your experienced instructor. Youll learn everything you need to know about the paddle and board before getting out on the water. Once kitted out in a wetsuit and buoyancy aid, youll head out and start practising! Beginning with kneeling, then working your way up to standing, youll practise different strokes and techniques used to control the board. Youll even have the chance to take part in some games, where you can really enjoy your newly acquired skills and have some fun with the rest of your group. Paddleboarding is a great water sport and this introductory lesson makes the perfect experience gift for anyone who wants to get out there and learn something new. This is a great paddleboarding experience to take with a group of friends or alone and is sure to be loads of fun.
