London Discover Pole Dancing Lesson

Experience Days Dance Classes: Pole dancing has truly come into its own in recent years, being recognised as a hugely enjoyable way of getting fit and having a good giggle with friends! With this group lesson in London you'll join fellow beginners for an hour long class, learning from a highly experienced instructor in a modern, stylish studio. Throughout the hour you'll be taught various moves from spins to climbs, all aimed at building your strength and confidence on the pole. You'll be shown the proper techniques, and be able to practise the moves repeatedly until you're spending more time with your feet off the floor than on! At the end of the class you'll put together the moves to create a short routine, and see how much you've progressed in such a short amount of time. Pole dancing has a strangely addictive nature to it that will leave you signing up for more classes on the spot.
