During this full day masterclass you'll learn how to make authentic beef jerky, and build your own biltong curing box to take home and use after the experience is over. Following lunch a local brewer will come along to give you an exciting biltong and beer pairing session, then you'll get crafty by creating a professional wooden box for curing the biltong, so you can take it away and finish off the South African snack at home.
