But before you even get to the point of rolling up yours sleeves and getting your aprons on there's one essential step - gathering the ingredients.And that's what makes this Notting Hill course so unique in that before the cooking it's the shopping. You will meet at Portobello Road market which is a vibrant and bustling melange of stalls selling food stuffs from all over the world. Indeed Portobello is ideal for finding all those typical Italian ingredients that make all the difference when it comes to creating authentic food.Laden down with bags bursting with fresh produce and herbs (some of which you might never have heard of!) it's time to head back to Enrica's bright and airy Notting Hill abode. As you gather round in her professional-standard kitchen the goodies you brought from Portobello market will be unpacked and the cooking begins.The menu will include some impressive looking (and equally impressive tasting) antipasti starters a traditional pasta dish and a fresh meat or fish dish.
