Same with the aeroplane. It's so much different to the big commercial jet liners you normally board. These are much smaller light aircraft with just enough room for the two of you up front. So forget extra leg room seats you've got the best seats in the house - and the controls at your hands and feet too! These combo experiences aren't just passenger flights; they're lessons. After a ground briefing you'll receive in-flight tuition from your expert pilot instructor. And once the take off has been taken care of you'll be asked if you fancy having a go at the controls. This is the moment you get to fly the aircraft. Keep a cool head stay alert and you will be the Captain of the airways above Coventry in both a two seater helicopter and a two seater light aircraft. What's more Coventry Airport is a great location for your flights as it's a well-established general and private aviation airport. Located just three miles south of the city centre you'll get great urban and country views combined too. And if you want to make a day of it make sure you pop into the Midland Air Museum which is also on site. It's filled with fascinating memorabilia and aircraft.
