Archery Experience Days: This Archery lesson takes place in Sherwood Forest, Nottingham - really the perfect place to learn archery! Archery is an ancient sport, dating back over 12,000 years, but is probably most famous in Britain for its links with legendary outlaw, Robin Hood - which makes the Sherwood Forest the best imaginable place to get your bow and arrow skills. Your Introduction to Archery Experience will start with a welcome to the centre by the staff who will sign you in and introduce you to your instructor. After a short safety talk, the 50 minute lesson will begin at the target range. Your instructors will be teaching you the basics to ensure you pick up the skills as quickly as possible, progressing the whole time and seeing a significant improvement in your accuracy.
