During this eight week course you are sure to pick up some seriously smooth new salsa moves. Total beginners will start by learning the basic moves required for salsa. You'll work on those basics until you start to feel comfortable and like you have found your rhythm, then you can move onto more complex foot work and tricky moves. Even if you feel a little clumsy or unsure to begin with, your professional dance teacher will show you the moves and work with you until you're feeling the salsa rhythm! Salsa is a dance you do with a partner, so as well as learning something new and getting active, you'll meet plenty of new friends. By the end of the eight week salsa course, you should be moving round the floor like a pro, dancing to the salsa beat!
