Detox, purify and calm the body. Follow a cold water specialist and host encouraging guests to complete a series of 5 (12 minute) saunas with 5 (3 minute) intermittent cold water river dips. Originating in Finland, the well-being effects of this method have been documented for many years. Guests are free to use the wild swim facilities as they like but are encouraged to participate in the 90 minute programme.
