You'll follow the path around the different vines used in some of the award winning wines made on site. You'll then visit the winery where all of the process needed to make the wines takes place from fermentation to bottling. After the vineyard tour is finished, you'll head back to the bistro to enjoy the wine tasting. Your expert guide will explain the differences between the wines as you sample a variety and the correct tasting technique. To finish off the day, you can munch your way through the traditional afternoon tea enjoyed in the bistro.
