You get exclusive use of the well-equipped chocolate and baking kitchen which is based at Milnthorpe in Cumbria's South Lakeland area. Kath is the baking chocolate making and decorating genius behind these fun and very tasty experiences in Cumbria. She is a very skilled baker and chocolatier with a lovely kitchen that has a welcoming feel. And when it comes to teaching her motto is quite simple: Let's make yummy stuff - and we can't say fairer than that! During your two-hour session you'll be trying your hand at all sorts of methods of chocolate making and decorating. Go sparkly with the sprinkles make funky chocolate lollipops sip a very special hot chocolate learn all about cocoa butter decorating and whip up a delicious ganache for your truffles. You'll be experimenting with flavours too from espresso to salted caramel. Yum yum! We are offering these special chocolate making workshops purely for couples or private groups of between four and 12 people. You'll need to be able to sit together and share tools for these experiences so they are ideal for couples households or support bubbles to get chocolate making together. Everything you need to be creative with the cocoa is provided for you all. By the end of the two hours with Kath you will have learnt a lot laughed a lot eaten quite a lot (probably) and made a lot of chocolate to take home with you. You can expect to be leaving with around 30 of your finest handcrafted truffles chocolates and lollies which is a delicious goodie bag for all.
