Under his capable supervision, youll learn to bake buns using a ferment, in addition to white and wholemeal loaves. Youll be tutored on dough development, proper proving and shaping, and discuss the merits of various ingredients. When your glazed creations head to the oven and whilst you anxiously await their reappearance youll enjoy a tour of the working watermill the class occupies, before the final test of your days labour the tasting!
