The experience takes place in Stratford-upon-Avon, in the West Midlands, and your teacher is Fuldena passionate cook and former caf owner. She began baking with her mother and grandmother when she was a child, and she now loves sharing her knowledge with others. On arrival, youll begin by preparing the mixed berry jam that will accompany your finished scones. After the scones you will move on to making a chocolate fudge cake. Last of all, youll learn to make different variations of sweet and savoury scones (traditional and seasonal). While theyre in the oven, you can enjoy a good chat and a cup of tea, before finally tasting the results of all that hard work! When the fun-filled lesson concludes, theyll be plenty left to share with loved ones at home.
