The estate is owned by the Benguela Collection, a portfolio of properties in both South Africa and the UK that are dedicated to quality wine production and hospitality, providing five wines to taste from Benguela Cove in Hermanus, Western Cape. These will be paired with complimenting sweet and savoury bites that bring out the unique flavours in each wine, highlighting the subtle characteristics of cool climate varietals. The menus are seasonal so will change throughout the year, but past items have included tempura vegetables, Sri Lanka dahl, beef goulash, and apple fondant.
