During the tasting course you'll be sampling up to 18 different tipples including wines selected to complement your three course luncheon that's included in the experience. You'll go in-depth into wines on these daytime wine courses. There's plenty of time to discuss the age-old question of whether single variety or blended is better spotting faults and how to rectify them (who knew that was possible?) as well as the pinnacle for wine buffs - how to order a good bottle in a restaurant with confidence. You are in for a great experience learning about the world of wine one your one day wine course. Oh and there is plenty of opportunity for you to pose your wine questions throughout the course so go on ask away. The challenge is to find one that these wine-loving experts won't be able answer be it about New World reds storing white wines or what grapes are used to produce a refreshing ros.
