It's actually run separately from the hotel and benefits from its own reception area where the team will welcome you and talk through the facilities with you. Robes and towels are all provided for you so all you need to bring are your personal toiletries swim wear and gym gear if you think you might want to take advantage of the fitness equipment or group classes that are scheduled. So get signed in pop your robe on and take a moment on one of the poolside loungers to reflect on your plans for the day at the Quad Wellness and Spa.
