It's the best way to put into practice what they teach here - that eating well makes you feel healthy happy and raring to go. As for what you'll be cooking up during your classes there's an eclectic mix of classes. As the Greenwich Pantry team says pastry and pie making is a lost art that's coming back into fashion so it's no wonder this is one of the most popular lesson themes covering everything from choux to savoury pastries. Similarly making your own bread is a tasty wholesome alternative to industrial loaves. Your Greenwich Pantry chefs love making bread too and they'll tell you the key is using good quality flour.
