Three Choirs is one of the largest and oldest vineyards in the country. Already really popular with visitors the winery team was always being asked about accommodation at Three Choirs. Time and time again visitors were saying that they'd love to stay - so that's what the owners have done! Described as a 'restaurant with rooms' rather than a hotel the Three Choirs vineyard welcomes guests to stay in the heart of this unique winery setting. There a just eight rooms and each one offers a balcony with gorgeous views out over the rows and rows of vines. Very comfortably furnished with all the modern amenities you could wish for it's a great place to spend the night. And of course you're right on site ready for discovering the world of wine. Once you've checked in and made yourself at home for your midweek break it's time to get exploring Three Choirs. We can highly recommend an afternoon stroll in and around the vines along the vineyard trail with nature and wildlife at every turn. Wander through glorious natural habitats where flora and fauna thrive. See if you can spot the nesting boxes for the hedgehogs or the teeny ones for the ladybirds. Continue your very pleasant walk past the ponds and the stream and you might well encounter foxes owls rabbits and badgers too. Back at the winery it's the perfect time to embark on your wine tasting at the 'Cellar Door'. Here you'll learn all about the wine that's made at Three Choirs - and it really is very good. We think it's the perfect prelude to a dinner in the Brasserie which is open in the evening should you wish to book a table for the evening of your stay. All done at a very leisurely pace we think this Three Choirs vineyard break is just great. The idea of relaxing at a vineyard drinking wine and learning about how it's made without having to think about heading off back home that same day is a real bonus. It means you make the most of your accommodation in the most wonderful setting accompanied by lots of delicious wine!
